With the intention of creating something new for Lost Soul Recording & Publishing, Daddy features some of his newest instrumentals at SoundClick.com for sale. Let's show 'em how it's done.
DADDYSince 2004, Christopher "Daddy" Kempfer is probably the best thing to hit Southern Missouri when it comes to beats. He's been delivering a steady line of instrumentals for several Midwest underground artists.
Born in the great city of Phoenix, Arizona, Daddy would witness first hand what poverty and pain really was. The struggle would be scorched inside his brain at such an early. It was then, when Daddy's parents and brother would move to Missouri to pursue a more peaceful life.
Regardless of him leaving Phoenix, the streets stayed with him. Daddy would suffer from culture shock from the early 1990's, up until 2000. Between that time, Daddy would peddle a little marijuana, run away from home several times, and stay in trouble anyway possible.
After the rise and fall of his marriage, Daddy would return back to the street mentality he left for a minute. No longer witnessing the struggle, Daddy would live it and begin hustling. He would later fall out with his closet friends over drugs, money and women.
Left with nothing but the backseat of his car, Daddy would return home to his parents for a short time. Finally focused, he started working two jobs to make his dream of Lost Soul Recording & Publishing a reality. This is where history begins...
